You’ve asked for this feature since we launched our new site back in September. It’s been a challenge to get our technical nuts and bolts to connect, but paws up, our new feature has arrived …\u00a0redeeming rewards on your next subscription order is now possible on MuensterPet.com!<\/p>\n

We understand that tending to your pet’s needs can come with some costs, so why not make the most out of every dollar you spend with us? We’re sure you’re going to love this new addition. Let’s go through how you can redeem your reward points on your next subscription order step by step.<\/p>\n

Step 1<\/h2>\n

First, head over to our Rewards Page here:\u00a0https:\/\/muensterpet.com\/pages\/rewards<\/a> or by using our top of page navigation, go to Explore\u00a0<\/p>\n

Step 2<\/h2>\n

And then click Rewards<\/p>\n

Step 3<\/h2>\n

At the Rewards Page, if you see the Login Button, please click to log in. Note: If you don’t see the login button here it means you’re already logged in and can skip\u00a0to Step 5<\/p>\n

Step 4<\/h2>\n

At the login screen, enter the e-mail address and password you use for MuensterPet.com and click the blue sign in button<\/p>\n

Step 5<\/h2>\n

Back at the Rewards Page scroll down until you see Redeem Now and click the button<\/p>\n

Step 6<\/h2>\n

This will jump you down to the Redeem Section where you can click on the number of points you wish to Redeem on your next Subscription Order. If the box is blue, you have enough points for the level. If the box is gray, you’ll need to earn more points to use it.<\/p>\n

Step 7<\/h2>\n

You’ll need to confirm you wish to redeem by clicking YES<\/p>\n

Here is your discount code. You’ll want to write down this code or click on the copy icon shown below to copy it to your clipboard.<\/p>\n

NOTE:\u00a0 This code will not be shown again so it’s a good idea to write it down or copy it so as you change screens you don’t lose it.<\/p>\n

Scroll up and select the My Account Icon in the Top Right\u00a0<\/p>\n

Click on My Subscriptions<\/p>\n

Click on Add Discount<\/p>\n

Step 12<\/h2>\n

Type or paste the discount code you got earlier into the discount field and then click the Apply discount code button.<\/p>\n

That’s it. Your discount has been applied.<\/p>\n

    You are only able to apply one discount at a time to your subscription.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Please check the offer details on promotions that we offer on the site. This text will tell you if the offer is good for single use or subscription purchases. Promotions which do work with a subscription will be valid only when you place a new subscription – not on existing subscriptions. The exception will be an offer which allows you to save on a certain number of subscription orders.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
